Landlord Dispute on Viewings

TL;DR: My landlord is trying to sell the apartment I am renting and I’m now being called difficult for setting a fixed schedule rather than anytime they want.

Hey everyone! I would like to ask your opinion on how often is a reasonable schedule to open up the flat for viewings?

Within the first month of moving in, I was informed of their intentions to sell it. We had an argument pretty early on because they give me heads up the night before they want to view and wanted to go during my work hours and weekends. Since I have a full time job and study every tuesdays&thursdays after office, I told them I could only M/W/F from 18:00 onwards however many clients as long as they only pick one day of those - so that I could use my weekends for errands and rest, and since then there has been at least one person viewing per week.

Now, they are becoming more aggressive and hired another agent and the scheduling issues are happening once again, they told me I am too difficult for not allowing weekends at various times. They also refuse to give access and expect me to open the door for the agents each time a client comes in (I live in 2nd floor with no elevator)
