I just got my new Sabrent nvme ssd 4.0 & before I had Samsung so Idk if magician would work, to me magician was a status health checker and I used the benchmark to test it and that's it, other tools I did not use so any recommendation if Samsung magician refuses to cooperate \~\~(I didn't try it yet)\~\~ ?

CrystalDiskInfo will give show you the SMART values and give you a health rating. CrystalDiskMark will benchmark it.

Do u know how to put CrystalDiskInfo in tray? Or this is not an option?

Go to the Function menu and select "Resident". Under the Function menu | Advanced Feature menu there a "Resident Style" selection with two options: "Hide" and "Minimize". I tried them out and didn't see any difference.

Thx, the difference is "Minimize" is minimizing crystal to taskbar and adding it into the tray and "hide" is only tray.

That's what I would expect it to do, but weirdly, it doesn't make a difference on my system. Hide still shows it on the taskbar when minimized. Glad it works on your system tho!
Edit: Figured it out. The option comes into effect if I close the CrystalDiskMark window. Minimizing it has no effect.

I think I have the same problem. but if I select Resident style hidden and close CrystalDiskInfo it closes it completely. it will not run in the back ground. is there any way to have it hidden in the background and receive alerts?
