1) The Peerless Assassin cooler and Sapphire Pure 9070XT will fit in the bequiet! Pure Base 500DX.
2) The bequiet! Pure Base 500DX does not support BTF motherboards, there are no cutouts in the case's motherboard tray to allow the rear facing connectors to pass through. The Asus motherboard wouldn't provide any performance benefit either way.
3) For the RAM, that speed/CL will be fine. Generally 6000 MT/s is the ''sweet spot'' for price to performance, but if its around the same price as those kits then it doesn't matter.
