Just pwede mag tanong my mom brought a new e trycycle and i need to ask a few questions pa help po wala kasi kaming alam. The e bike is 3 wheel L2B.

Do we need a license she has a drivers license im not sure if we need to register. In a barangay or what not. We live in cainta greenpark

How do we remove the reverse noise its so crazy loud we park at night so its really annoying.

How do we drive can we drive at the bike lane or only at the road?

Do we need a helmet. I never seen anyone wear a motor helmet with this bike. It feels awwkard to wear one when everyone else isnt. Im just scared we might be fined.

How to protect it from being stolen its big and i was told its easy to break it open if you know how.

I understand that and i already searched all of that up, and am in the middle of processing the registration. I am confused about the helmet since i never see anyone in my area use it and i see alot of E bikes in my area. But we already plan to buy it. Mine is like a trycyle type people normaly dont wear helmets with that. But we will if required.
