Linux Tablet with Touch Controls Optimized for Point and Click Adventure Games?

This is kinda a curiosity that comes from a desire to create an all-in-one media center based on The Stock Pot NFC-Reader VHS Substitute. Basically having seen that a good chunk of Carmen Sandiego's Games were ported to a package of DOSbox, I wanted to see the possibilities of emulation via Wine, but also wanted to see if there was a such a thing as a Linux Touch Screen Tablet that has touch actions akin to moving a mouse cursor on a screen by dragging a finger and clicking by double tapping? Legitimately curious about the possibilities as a newcomer to this scene.

AFAIK, scummvm allows 2 mouse modes: direct and touchpad.
The first one sets the mouse cursor right where you touch, the second ones moves the cursor like a touchpad. Both with double click, rightclick.
It also has support for carmen sandiego series.
...and is really easy to set up.
