Best trucking companies that are hiring new grads right now in Chicago area?

I just upgraded my B to an A with all of my endorsements. I have an auto restriction. I live in Chicago.
I am a woman. I can comfortably lift 50lbs frequently. I can lift up to 75lbs comfortably without assistance, but I see many flatbed/food service jobs require someone to lift 100+lbs. I can't lift that on my own, but I really don't want to lose out on possible good jobs.
I know the 1st year of trucking is the lowest paid, but I'm just trying to maximize my earnings this first year as much as I possibly can.
I currently take home $650/wk. I'm hoping I can land a job that nets me $800/wk at least.
Any good companies that hire new CDL holders in Chicago? Thanks in advance.

Chicago land gives you a lot of opportunities but be careful to not accidentally choose a Russian company

What's wrong with Russian companies? Are they 1099 only?

Roehl hires out of Gary, and back when I ran with them, their flatbed regional guys were getting four figures a week.
Otherwise, find a local outfit that doesn't have you be a 1099. You'll absolutely regret those.

KLLM has a yard in burns harbor, IN; the Midwest regional acct has a guarantee of $1825 a week, but it’s a pretty brutal acct of running out your 70 while minimizing breaks.
