Silverstone 500 watts strider essential ( i know its borderline for my gpu but i have never had problems with it before and i have played a lot of AAA games with it)

So like every time i cleaned it my biggest problem was getting the graphics card to turn on, the lights on the logo would light, and the fans would spin but the light indicating that the gpu is open doesn't turn on.

And everytime after like several reseats the gpu would finally turn on, and work perfectly up until before i take it out to clean it again.

But yesterday i noticed something new, when i finally got the gpu to turn on again i played for a bit then turned pc off but when i powered on the gpu it didn't turn on again, when i tried powering on again the second time it worked

So like i thought it was bios issue so i wanted to update bios so i hold shift restart and tried to go UEFI but when i pressed restart the pc turned off and on but no display and gpu was off i tried turning on and off again and after seven retrys it opened again

I played for a bit again trying to test if it will randomly turn off but it was normal but when i powered off again and tried to turn on it wouldn't turn on I've tried several times now and the gpu won't turn on the light on the msi logo is on the fan is spinning but it says no hdmi signal detected and the power indicator for gpu doesn't light up I tried reseating multiple times but same problem.

I tried asking AI and it said its either pcle slot or my psu has degraded and is not able to handle the powerspike of my gpu on startup anymore so that's why its stuck on cold boot
