Can anyone recommend a bicycle shop that builds e-bikes, or wholesaler in Hanoi where I can either buy a complete e-bike or build a custom one. I will be in Hanoi from the 14th to the 18th of May. I'll be taking the bike back as hold luggage to London.

I'm looking to get value but save on UK costs.

I'll just buy the battery in the UK, as not allowed on flights.
