So Kenyans eat it cooked hard. When I first met my wife i didn't get it either but over time it just became comforting filling and tasty. In Kenya my mother in law makes me a massive slab of it. In the village they also eat a dark brown version which is more viscous. And taste great aswell. I think if you have it with every meal over time you will develop a taste for it. And then you will be kenejji like this mzungu 😂
