locking fuel caps dont work as they will just puncture your tank if they really want your fuel.

anti theft sleeves dont work because they can easily be broken.

best thing ive found to do is not topping off at the end of my day, ill guesstimate how much fuel is in my tanks at the start of the day then calculate how much fuel I need to finish my day off then put that much fuel.

its easier to plan your day than waking up to empty tanks then having to explain what happened
