ULPT: Traveling in the airport for the first time!

I know the general rules and such but how should I handle vape pens and the batteries? Should I put them both in the same clear zip lock bag ? If so can in put them in another bag or do they need to remain out ? I know they also should be on carry on and not checked! And if I were to leave LA with some free souvenirs how would I go with packing that? Maybe like a couple pre rolls or such

I travel a lot for work and I just carry my pot vape in my carry-on and sometimes in my jacket pocket. TSA is looking for nail clippers and not your vape.

You need to look it up. There are specific regulations for it. My husband had to buy a special carrying case for it and I don't remember if he could bring it in his carry on or if he had to put it in his luggage. You don't want to get to the airport and end up having to throw it away for not having it correctly stored.
