Hello before we start here is my build

Corsair Rm750e 750 watt power supply

H370m plus motherboard

I59400 cpu

32gb of ddr4 ram

1050ti (upgrading to 3080)

I got a water cooled 3080 and when I set it up, it spins to life and works but no display at all

All attempted things:

Clearing cmos

Reseting bios

Reseating everything

Single ram stick

Installing drivers (used 1050ti to get into windows)

Bios settings

Updating bios,

Ps it also only boots to bios through motherboard admin when the gou is not plugged in, but when the gou is no video boots even though it acts the exact same as booting normally
