Concord e-bike throttle not working

Just bought the concord 20” urbanfold bike class 2 from Walmart. It’s fully charged and I haven’t even rode it yet. When I press the throttle, it doesn’t move. Anyone have advice?

It might require peddling first before the throttle will engage. I think I saw that mentioned on one of the reviews on Youtube.

Seriously though first thing I did with my E Bike was remove throttle day 1 and trust me you will prefer it.
