Why don't the billionaires unionize so they're guaranteed unbeatable?

Just realized in horror that a union of billionaires would beat a union of workers so there's not even a fighting chance. But I guess they're all too egoistic...

Unions protect workers. The owners are protected by other legal structures (corporations, partnerships, LLCs, private banks, etc)

Who's on the other side of the negotiating table? If they go on strike, would any one notice? Bankers have gone on strike in Ireland, and there was next to effect to the real economy. You can't say that about sanition workers or truck drivers, they stop their essential jobs and the whole city or region notices immediately.
