North Dallas Townhouses Estancia question.

Any one familiar with this community? New to Dallas, this is close to my work. I like the idea of a little outdoor space but hate the fact there is carpet in the upstairs area. Trying to decide if this area is worth the price tag.

It’s a good place to rent a townhome in the North Dallas/Addison area. The cons are definitely the carpet and it’s an older townhome, so it’s more vulnerable to frozen pipes during a winter freeze. It’s a nice area and community as a whole

Nice area, good amenities, but watch for junk fees in lease.
