Car Maintenance Help what to do?

HELLOO!!! Dads. Moms. Uncles. Aunts. Anyone with wisdom.
Backstory. So I bought my first car, took me a few years. She’s a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid. I need her to last me most of my adulthood and love her very much!!
Didnt have any information on history besides it having one owner. Bought carfax, based on Carfax she was last serviced in 2019. I just took her in for oil change and tire rotation this past month 2026. Bought car at 58k and it’s 62k now, transmission fluid recommended at 60k. And brake and coolant fluid to my understanding is done every 3-5 years regardless of miles.
SO THE QUESTION. I got quoted at the dealership these prices for fluids (which are ALL full flush, not just replacement drain and refill type of service).
- $400 Transmission Fluid
- $250 Brake Fluid
- $350 Coolant Fluid
* note I have a 25% off coupon (which has max $150 savings)
I know dealerships are “stealerships” but because this car really means a lot to me and I’m trying to keep it in the best condition. 😭😭. I don’t have a trusted local mechanic, i know that it’s important they put in correct manufacturer Honda fluids. I hear transmission is sensitive and if done wrong can be costly in the future. But I swear I’m open to trusting someone if what I’m being quoted is insane.
Is it worth it to just invest in transmission full flush (\~$300)at the dealership? And do brake fluid and coolant else wear? Or not do any there and it’s truly “too much ? It being a hybrid might be making it more expensive ?
Thank you. This is my first car so I don’t know a lot but Im trying to read up on all this.

Don't use a dealership for out-of-warranty work. All of those prices quoted are $100 high EACH unless you live in the SF Bay Area.
Shop around and get multiple quotes. Should be $750 tops for all three services.

Hi I do live in the sf bay area, is that standard then ? I’ll try to get closer to that $750 you gave me and ask around.

Yes, the SF Bay area is the highest labor cost market in the country.

If you have a bit of time and some tools, you can look up videos to do some/all of those services yourself.

Ah maybe!! Thank you for your comment.

i think those are some fair prices for what is involved. as long as they are using the honda recommended oils/fluids and it is included in that price. go for it.
