Been planning this for months, need help with this build

Hey everyone, planning a creator workstation build mainly for motion graphics, 3D (C4D + Blender), local AI workflows and some gaming. Want feedback before I pull the trigger.
Build list:
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite WiFi7
Crucial Pro 64GB DDR5 6000MHz 2x32
Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti 16GB WF3
WD Black SN7100 2TB Gen4
DeepCool LD360 360mm AIO
Corsair 1000W 80+ Gold
DeepCool CG530 Mid Tower
Planning to run this for 5-6 years with heavy workloads so trying to future proof as much as possible.
Few things I'm unsure about:
-
Is 5070 Ti enough for the next 4-5 years?
-
Any GPU brand preference between MSI Ventus, Gigabyte WF3 or Zotac Solid?
-
Anything in this list that doesnt pair well together?
-
Good time to buy or should I wait a bit?
Would appreciate feedback especially from people on similar creative workloads, thanks.

Take a look at the new Intel 270K plus CPUs. Performs quite similarly to the 9950X but costs way way less. I myself own a 9950X+RTX 5070 Ti but I would have gone with 270K plus if it had been launched in the past year. It's way cheaper, offers very very similar performance and can also handle AAA gaming..
And also the guys who are going to say that Intel boards have no upgradibility. If someone is going to buy a 9950X, I don't think they wanna upgrade their CPU in the next 4-5 years.

Also I think you haven't checked the original pricing of the products in the current market. Your build is going to cost way more than 3L INR. 3L INR for all this is way too less.

I got this quote from a wholesaler in my area, have been asking over 10+ shops

My bad. May wanna check the 270K plus CPU.

Is money a factor? I'd watch a Intel 270k plus review. 200 dollars cheaper for roughly the same performance.
