Typically for a gaming PC I recommend allocating 40% of the hardware budget to the graphics card - this is the most important component in terms of gaming performance.
A 5060 is meh. It doesn't matter how good the rest of the PC is, it's usually not saving a 5060 unless you play a select few games at 1080P low-medium settings for max FPS. Even in that niche case - a 7500X3D or 250KF would have been the better CPU choice.
It's easy to say that AM5 has great upgrade potential - but a 9850X3D or next-Gen usurper is going to be bottlenecked by an 8GB 5060. Your PC will need a $700-$1,500 GPU upgrade before it needs a $200-$500 CPU upgrade.
In this kinda budget you probably could have had at least a 16GB 9060XT if you made a few optimizations. You officially could have had about 50% or more better performance if you dropped down to DDR4 and used a 5070/9070 instead.
