Any home remedies for finger tips pain from building a PC

Hello everyone, pretty much common thing to experience, but I never thought I’d experience it myself since the last time I built a pc, it went somehow smooth. You can skip the story and jut proceed to my question in the end

I transferred my current components to a new case, clean the old case and try to boot from a ssd with an amd drivers to intel motherboard. Basically just an upgrade and switch to a different pc while being able to keep the old SSD.

it takes around than 16 hours to finally finish and make it boot properly. Even my finger tips are already giving up, I refused to stop. I was also standing the whole time I’m building. The back and forth replugging the gpu in a very cramped setup + trying to reach motherboard pins when my hand is big is hell. Anyways to make it short despite of it being hell to build, I manage to finally made it work. To be fair there’s a lot of amateur mistake that consumes more of my energy and time yesterday. I couldn’t count how many times my gloves got teared due to putting pressure in my finger tips.

I was wondering if is there any home remedies I can do to at least help my finger tips feel better? I know it’ll take just some few days to go away, but I was wondering maybe I can do some hot compress to speed up the healing. I still have one pc to clean and one pc to build tomorrow.
