pc black screen

i just bought a pc from someone, it was working perfectly fine earlier, but then i tried to use bluetooth and figured out i had no bluetooth adapter, so i went to figure out how to get it, i restarted my pc by holding the power button for 5 seconds as the windows troubleshot said and now whenever i turn it on it sits on a black screen, what should i do?(im using a tv as monitor rn)

You forced a shutdown. Have you given it time and changed the TV input to whatever you plugged it in as? Likely just needs a second. Check the motherboard for lights and fans for signs of life

it’s been a few hours since this issue i’ve tried a lot of things like, removing gpu, putting it back, removing ram putting it back, and also the cmos battery

Does your cpu have integrated graphics? If so, boot without it, if not, get a donor gpu (from other computer or a friend) and see if that does anything
What about the motherboard lights?

and all the fans are spinning perfectly fine
