When I moved overseas I learned that smoking was still pretty popular. Especially when I lived in Turkiye and Central Asia. Habit I ended up picking up unfortunately. In America its funny because if you smoke a cigarette in public you will publically shamed. Light up a joint, yeah thats fine!

Holyshit. If there was ever an ad that makes me want to smoke, it’s this. Even the lamest one looks gangsta as hell.

Side note: most of the anti smoking ads were paid for by cigarette companies, and one of the clever things they used to do is put underlying ”smoking is cool” pseudo messaging in (not to be confused with subliminal) this is an excellent example.
