I got to a TA at 6am for a tire. Was informed their first shift doesnt start until 8am, I am #3 on their list. At 8:15 they pull me in, lift me up. And vanish! I finally got out of there at 2pm, for a new tire that I was paying for.

Roadside their done in 15 minutes once they arrive

They always arrive 2 hours later, tell you they need to go get a tire even though you told them the size already, then they go to lunch, and come back 2 hours later

I run daycabs, but I carry everything needed to change a tire and have a (used) spare on every trailer. I just don't have time to deal with this crap.
