And they're Jedi knights fighting with light sabers in Middle Earth, alternating with singing the songs that Tolkein wrote in Lord of the Rings.

And a lot of dancing, especially in the streets.
Neat-Life4072@reddit
yeah better they fight crime instead

This sounds wonderful, but the only name I recognize is Osbourne. Who are the others?

Are you ten?
odonnchadha@reddit
I am not, sir. I am not.

David Bowie, Mick Jagger of rolling stones and Freddie Mercury of Queen

The timing doesn't quite make sense as the Beatles already disbanded by 1970

4 lead singers would be a terrible band though
Application-Bulky@reddit
Don’t forget Bowie played sax

The beatles had 4 lead singers though. But the only 2 that would pull any weight in this scenatro are mercury and bowie.

Ringo and George were not lead singers
PoetryExtension6256@reddit
They both sang lead on more than on track.

And went on to successful careers fronting their own bands.

Yeah ringo is good at putting bands together. I'd say that's his strongest instrument.

The Band had five members, four of which traded off singing lead from song to song. Each had a distinctive style and sound and all were great vocalists in their own right.

Bowie did work with Mercury and Jagger so a movie where they set out to recruit Osborne seven samurai would be box office gold.

I worked in a band where 1 lead singer was enough of a diva. I wrote songs I thought would sound better from my guitarist but his nasty ass couldn’t handle it. Every good band even with a lead vocalist hands an occasional song off

See them fight over the mic
beautitan@reddit
Sounds like an Epic Rap Battle of History

I can't wait to see the scenes where they try to convince someone to be the drummer.

We got a Bowie/Jagger team up in the 80’s. It was pure cocaine. The devastation still hasn’t been cleaned up.

I mean, Orbison, Dylan, Petty, Lynn and Harrison teamed up and it went very well, apparently.
zoppaTheDim@reddit
And of the three lead singers, two of them were musicians and song writers.
Stupid comparison.

And had worked in bands where vocals night end up on another’s plate. Even a solo act like Dylan was impressed by covers of his songs
