ULPT request - How to Sell Clothes with Licensed Characters
Posted by SpiderBieber@reddit | UnethicalLifeProTips | View on Reddit | 5 comments
Hello everyone, I had a brand where I was selling clothes with licensed characters (Spider-man, Batman, all that). I had my first takedown notice. I wanted to start back up but I was wondering if there is any way to prevent getting caught. I wasn't caught by the person who prints them and it wasn't my site hosting. To my knowledge, I was caught by the bots that scrape the internet. I am already aware of not straight up saying "Spider-man" or "Batman" but do you guys have any other tips? Thank you!

Only showing half of the product in the image. So for example with spider-man, have one image where you can see “Spider-“ and then another image where you just see the “Man”.
Ive noticed that this is how sellers on Temu and other sites like it operate when selling products with licensed imagery

reverse engineer... on whatever platform you are using, find stuff like you are talking about, and see how they list it...
