Headset clamping force

Last week I happily finished my aerobatics rating on the Super Decathlon and today I took my dad for a tour along the Dutch Wadden Islands (EHTX in pic).
On the way back we did some hammerheads and loopings. I wear a Bose A20 and have a David Clark passive for the pax. As happened before in my training, the Bose A20 during a looping slipped from my head. This never happens with the sturdy David Clarks.
My question is whether there are acro folks here that fly with Lightspeed headsets or other ANC headsets that don’t require additional strapping? I’m aware of the fabric helmets and cat’s collar hacks.. ;-)
Thanks y’all!

Ever consider a Clarity Aloft headset? They don't quite have enough weight to fly off, and although they aren't active noise canceling I have used them in many noisy airplanes with no issue/fatigue.

Great idea! I never considered them as I thought they would be way too noisy, but now that I’ve done some reading it sounds pretty good. Do you actually have experience with them in acro? Curious whether everything actually stays put. :-)

The only headset I’ve used that hasn’t come off during +6/-4G aerobatics without any modification is the Quiet Technologies Halo. It’s similar to the Clarity Aloft, which I haven’t used. I’ve also used Bose A20 with a Velcro chinstrap.
My headset of choice for serious aerobatics is the Lift AV1 KOR helmet with lightspeed Zulu H-mod, but it’s certainly an investment.

You can use a chin strap, or a helmet with a Chun strap that hold the headset in place

I think most modern headset aren't going to do what you want. They all want to claim low clamp force for comfort.

I use the Sky cowboy helmet with Zulu headset, never falls off and gives me extra confidence off airport
