Microsoft 365 apps on Samsung Android keep breaking — temporary fixes only, always comes back

We're an MSP dealing with a persistent issue across two separate customer tenants, both managed via Intune. One is MAM-only, the other is fully MDM-enrolled — different environments, same problem. Only Samsung devices.
Customer 1:
On the MAM side, users are getting blocked from Microsoft 365 apps with:
"App access blocked — your organization needs to confirm your device meets Google Play integrity check. This cannot be verified."
Customer 2: On the MDM side we're seeing Teams failing specifically. Both affect Samsung Android devices.
We've stripped everything back to rule out our configuration — removed all device configuration profiles, app protection policies, device compliance policies, and Conditional Access. We've also uninstalled and reinstalled the affected apps. Things work after each step, but the issue always comes back.
Two separate tenants, two different enrollment types, same type behaviour.
We're out of ideas on our end.
Has anyone seen this, and is there anything that actually sticks?

Ive followed all the solutions people claim to have worked and still no luck.
Glad to know I am not the only one.

What our your users experiencing?
Dungeon567@reddit
The spinning circle of death on a few users when attempting to add their account.
-Rollbacks performed. -Office365 products Reinstalled. -Webview Reinstalled.
Nothing. These users just do not connect.

Do you know if you have all April updated devices? We see same issues on March update devices.
Losing my mind. My management is going bananas.

The April Update on Samsung phones broke webview. Go in to apps, find webview and uninstall updates. Reboot the phone. Then go back in to updates and install the pending updates. If you don't see it in apps, then go in to Google in Settings. System Apps and you will find webview in there. You must install the webview updates for things to work, as it has reverted to an old version by removing the updates.

oh man, our MDM team was wondering what is wrong, for some reboot worked, for some re-enrolling devices worked, for some nothing worked. There is so many posts on the internet about this now, at least we can blame samsung instead of Microsoft this time lol

Yes strangely enough there are so many differences regarding the symptoms.
Are you still experiencing this issue?

Which case did you see? The first with the MAM policies or the second one, the Teams issues?

MS apps not working properly, devices not connecting to MS365. A reboot of the phone sometimes worked, but with mkre devices failing I went digging.
Haven't seen the policies issue, and that is with at least 100 devices across multiple tenants. Is this a new deployment? Are the devices updating properly?

It's a mix of March and April updated phones. Am kind of lost.
