Where do i put standoffs if i have 2 missing

Where do i put standoffs for asus tuf b450 plus v2? I only have 7 standoffs. I cant put pictures.

I'd definitely go outside as well. just makes sense in my brain for some reason.
I've mounted an ATX board with 4 of the required 8 or 9 screws in a case. It was my buddies case and he wasn't very diligent when he took his PC apart and lost half of them cause he thought new screws would come with the new motherboard... that was 5 years ago and it's still plugging along. I put them in the 4 corners.
