Normally fencers quote per bay - £100-125 going rate. Add materials separately. Be prepared it will be a big number for 30sqm; especially if you want it done properly.

that was quite cheap!! my sister paid a guy to put in 2 replacent fence panels standard 6ft x 6ft and 4 new posts to replace the ones damaged in the winds about 7 weeks ago. he charged her £1.850.

One pound eighty five seems like a bargain to be fair.

thats what i said. personally i think he took advantage of her because she needed it done desperately to stop her dogs getting out and running off. also he said he had to charge 'extra' so he could pay someone to help carry the posts and two panels and tools to her garden from her front path to the back! she is happy it is done though. she just had to work more hours to recoup some money.

I've just booked a installer, 18m of 1ft concrete gravel boards, 5ft panels, concrete posts is £1650 in vat. Don't think he's the cheapest but he's done 2 lots of fencing for me before and he does a great job so I'm happy to pay it. 6-7 week wait though.

Can’t give you an exact price but I can tell you that the Russian invasion of Ukraine severely impacted the availability of timber in Europe so expect a hefty premium on materials because of this.
