Yeah, that's what I'm saying, there are only 70k in that single group, but that group, in particular, could've pulled from a pool of over 4 billion different men. That's why it is so insignificant, because out all the men which could've been a part of that group, only 70k were.

Sexual assault often has a broad definition, and that statstic likely isn't as bad as it may seem. Not only that, but that statstistic only accounts for the Women that took part in the survey. Taking at face value, without any nuance, yeah, that's a really big issue, but that's not what we were talking about.

I never said it wasn't terrible, just that it isn't worth stressing over. There's communities all over the internet that take part in horrid crimes like this, and it's just something I've become accustomed to seeing. Not because it's common, but because some people are truly just that depraved and once you realize that you kinda stop caring as you recognize it as a constant to life; just pray or hope that it doesn't happen to you or the people in your life and keep it pushing.

See, the constant need to care about any and all things is noble in nature but harmful in practice. Some things are just out of our hands and once we realize that life becomes a lot easier.
