Help with NUC 9 Ghost Canyon upgrades

Found a spare NUC 9 Ghost Canyon at home, it’s a bare bones and very basic, i7-9750h, 238gb storage and 8gb ram.
Im thinking about making it into a casual gaming pc, what would be the best value upgrades?
I’m thinking 32gb ram, 1tb storage and a graphics card. I know the power Color 9060 but would that be overkill?

There will be bottleneck definitely but I would rather prefer a better gpu than a worse gpu because even tho there is bottleneck. A better gpu is still a better gpu.
RAM wise and SSD upgrade wise it would be really great aswell.
