Can anyone identify a stand up comedy bit about UK National Speed Limits by an Australian comedian?

She was talking about how when she first came to the UK someone was explaining how the NSL means a default of 60 mph outside of built up areas. She mentioned asking “Oh, they must all be very straight, wide, and well maintained roads in the countryside then?” And then various other questions that assumed NSL countryside roads must be very safe and British drivers must drive very carefully etc.

Pretty sure that's Felicity Ward. In the same bit when I saw her she also talked about the language of light flashing (one means thank you, two means "you go", a hundred means "you are in the wrong lane on the motorway"). And there was chicken karaoke...
