Can anyone identify this aircraft based off the sound?

A couple years ago I was unloading groceries when I heard this extremely loud howling noise. Didn’t sound like a JT8D powered plane but regardless I was intrigued and pulled out my phone and began filming. This airplane was an executive jet of some sort.
