Cool oddity is an excellent description for this unique and beautiful machine. One must be quite the homunculus to fit into this ride.

It belongs to Chilly Willy the penguin and is custom made for him.

I think the hood and windshield are on a hinge to allow access to the seat, but still looks like a tight fit especially in the foot well.
