I don’t have any experience with Rosco. Are all their different lines pretty well regarded? I’m looking at the heavier K9 profile in 11.5. Originally wanted to go with Criterion core, but wanting to use a .750 journal GB. Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated!

I have a 16” purebred barrel that shoots sub MOA with the right match ammo, and paired with an A2 buffer system it’s super soft shooting. I recently built a 12.5” with one of their Husky SOCOM barrels with their “patrol” length gas, haven’t shot it much yet but so far it’s been solid. I feel like they’re pretty underrated overall, especially for the price.

Thanks! I mulled it over the entire time at work and went ahead and bought the K9 11.5”. We’ll see how it does. I expect it to shoot atleast as good as my BA and faxon barrels that I’ve had great experience with.

Its hard to buy a barrel that doesn't shoot well in today's day and age. Often mid tier barrels are more capable than the shooter/ firearm are capable of producing due to exigent factors. The bloodline barrels, in my opinion, bring durability and extended round count over a BA barrel. Most shooters won't shoot enough to burn out even the cheapest barrel, as modern barrel production was forced to exceed a minimal standard to stay competitive.
Is this going to be a precision barrel, I cant necessarily say, but it will most likely last a very very long time.....unless you just hate money and start running 10's of thousands of rounds through this thing.

Its no criterion but for the price point they are very good barrels and for the vast majority of shooters they wont see much of a difference accuracy wise between a rosco and higher-end barrels like a criterion

Bloodline is more of the workhorse barrel designed for longevity and pureblood is marketed to be their precision more accurate barrel

Gonna be hard to beat the BA Hansen CHF CL 14.5 that came through not too long ago. Those went for $145
I know these come with a gas tube but this is what I would consider to be a good price but not necessarily a deal.

I'm not sure when it comes to the CHF CL stuff but Rosco does make damn good barrels. I've got one of these exact ones in 14.5 and it shoots about 2 moa in a 10 shot group. Use to me much tighter but it's got over 6K down the pipe

Aimpoint is great, honestly one of my favorite companies to deal with as a dealer personally. I have been with them for about 5 years so ive developed a good relationship w my reps. I will say to get top tier pricing is a very big investment though, you would have to reach out to them though for that information
