Was planning on doing college while trucking so i can make better money while working during college. I know the first year its probs otr and very little down time but what about year 2 and after maybe go regional?

If you're going to go through all the hard parts of trucking to get to a place that's easy enough to go to school, you might as well just stick with it. π€·π»ββοΈ

Depends on how many classes and how much time you'll have off.
I've been doing it for a little while and sometimes it's hard to juggle. After driving for 10 hours I find that I lack the energy to write a paper.
It's certainly possible, but I would recommend trying 2 classes at most for your first semester

The college i take its ur own pace online. U could do 20 courses in a semester or like 2 tho 2 would be a waste since ur paying like ur at least doing 6

I mean Iβm sure its possible but damn you gotta be disciplined to work 70 hours a week and still do school on the side.

It depends on what you're studying.
Maths+Sciences have long lectures + lab projects that are done as group projects outside of class. Giant hassle.
Some of the upper maths for engineering will drain your soul and an entire afternoon on a homework problem (linear alg, differential eq's). Unless you're already a genius who ended up trucking.
But if it's business, econ, or accounting stuff I think it's doable. Hard but doable.

Yes, there are online courses, as well as classes that meet every weekend and you submit work via email. The only problem is that not all colleges do this, and you sometimes have to hunt around for it

never did trucking myself but had few students who were drivers trying to get their degrees π the schedule thing is brutal first year like you said but some of my guys made it work with online classes during their 34 hour resets. one dude i remember was doing business degree and would park at truck stops with good wifi and just grind through assignments. regional definitely gives you more predictable home time which helps a lot for study schedule π just make sure whatever program you pick has solid online support cause you'll be doing most of it from the cab
