Just got a Tandy power switching station for my Tandy setup. I’m so stoked!

The setup of my childhood dreams!!

Sometimes I just stare at it in awe, thinking about how I used to dream of having that stuff while flipping through the Radio Shack catalog, but could never afford it.

I had the Radio Shack catalog next to my CoCo, and I would ride my BMX bike to the local Radio Shack every weekend, to see, touch, and play with everything that was on the floor. Then I would ride to the Mall (about 4 miles away from the Radio Shack) to go to B. Dalton and sit on the floor in the Computer books section, to read More Computer Games TRS-80 edition, along with anything else I could find TRS-80 related. I couldn't afford the books, so I would try to memorize as much code as I could so that I could ride home and try to reproduce as much of what I would read.
Man I miss those days.

Great memory. I used to spend a lot of time at Radio Shack as well.

Very nice setup! I'm jelous :) I have a tandy 1000a which is currently in pieces while I rebuild the PSU. Plus the old 20mb HD died, so I'm trying to get the ISA CF card to work with no luch since I have no way of making a bootable 5.25" right now.
