Anyone here fly for Advanced Air?

I was curious what the interview process is like as well as quality of life working for them.

Never flew for them.
Advanced airs interview process is intense, phone screen, multiple interviews, online test, and a c172 g1000 red bird sim eval with the chief pilot. It’s a surprisingly challenging interview for the company.
They were also extremely blunt the job is hard. My interviewer told me I would hit my 135 max times every quarter/year/etc and I would barely be home. They work you hard, upgrade you fast, and churn employees. Pay is crap, bases are high COL, and QOL sucks. But it’s better than instructing and a way to get some multi turbine PIC after a year-ish of SIC.

Did you interview for them or know someone who has? I’m curious to learn some more details on the process. Thanks!
