Hi all,

Unfortunately I’ve been a victim of a scammer on Telegram and I’m looking for options on how to make their life difficult and ultimately stop other people from getting scammed.

The scammer has taken over somebody else's Telegram channel and offers ipad unlocking services, I should have spotted the warning signs but there isn’t anything I can do about it now.

Few points:

1. The scanner doesn’t own the telegram channel, he has highjacked so he isn’t the administrator of it

2. He posts about 4 times a day with a message offering his services, not sure how he does that but its the same message just copied and pasted

3. The original owner of the telegram channel has since deleted their telegram account.

4. He asked for payment using xoom so I have his name, email address and what looks like a telephone number, not sure if they are all fake.

In my head I was hoping to somehow intercept everytime he messages to have a warning message, not sure if that can be done by a bot.

I’m open to other suggestions in how I can shut this guy down or at least make his life difficult.
