22:39 So first, you agree with my statement that the US has strategically lost this war?

It's worse than nothing, the status quo is much worse for the US after the war. All the regional US bases were hit, billions in equipment were destroyed, the strait is closed, Israel has been decimated, Iran's new government is stronger and more extreme.
The only way this is good for the US is if the plan was to destroy Middle East energy production.

Part of the plan was probably a small crisis that would be over quickly. There was a massive overestimation by Israel of what they would be able to accomplish.
One of the top Russian generals floated a theory that Iran baited Israel and it's vassal the US into a false impression that Iranian society was fractured and leadership was fragile.
This was also expedited by the sense of urgency based on two upcoming events. Russian version of Starlink is going operational in July and around the same time Russia will be mass exporting (at least to allies) new computer chips and electronics which will no longer have a CIA/MI6 Mossad backdoor access.
It is quite possible that Russia has already supplied the chips and electronic communication devices to the Iranian military and the US is ''electronically blind'' about what is happening between IRGC commanders who are operating parallel but separate from the civilian government which the US and it's owner Israel have been able to continue targeting in vain since it does not bring panic among the civilian populace like it was hoped for.
This would also explain why Iran is content with ceasefire delays. It's massive fleet of Geran-2 drones that Russia supplied is awaiting the Russian Starlink equivalent which will be called Zorky. Access to those satellites will provide in flight connectivity and precision targeting.
