ULPT Avoid parking fines

So at my university if a student does not have a parking pass and never had their car registered with campus patrol before with a parking pass then campus patrol just issues the parking ticket against registration number (since they don't know and also have no way of knowing to which student the car belongs to as they cannot access police database).
Since the ticket is only being issued against the registration number and not linked to any student account , the student can usually get away without paying for the ticket at all.
However if there are multiple tickets piled up against the same registration number then they do boot the car or worse tow it away.
Last year I sold my old car and with my new car never being registered with the campus patrol before, I decided not to get the parking pass. So far I've had 4 parking tickets (all unpaid I don't wanna pay it). I'm kinda scared the next ticket I get they might boot my car.
I was wondering if anybody would have any idea how to conceal/alter my registration plate only during parking hours at university so that the next ticket is not issued under my original registration plate. Even better if I can have different registration number to rotate every week so that one registration does not accrue too many tickets.

Definitely not sure what your city looks like but in the college town I live in there are shopping areas with free parking within a few minutes of the university, technically they have signs saying they will tow students but have never seen it happen since I’ve worked at one of the shops connected to the lot so it’s a gamble but might be something to look into. There is also free parking 5-7 blocks away from the university, just make sure to park very bad to keep it unethical

Where I live the parking tickets are $150 but a new plate is $90.

Dig in dad's garage and try to find old license plates. Just dont drive in the street with it. I have at least 6 PA plates

This might be the way to go.
Just tell the DMV that your plates were stolen and get new ones. I believe they hand them to you right over the counter. This should reset your ticket clock and will be cheaper than paying the pile of tickets.

My son's truck got booted on campus. Somehow, he removed the boot, threw it in the back of his truck and left.
Within a day, the campus police called and said they would forgive the ticket if he returned their boot.

Depending on the style of boot, deflate the tire, remove the boot, then reinflate. Tire inflaters are cheap. Or YouTube might have some videos on how to pick the lock on a boot.
You could probably get some slightly old plates, with magnetic attachments, and swap the plate when you’re parked.

Depending on what the campus uses, there are cheap boots that are really easy to lockpick, check YouTube. That or photoshop a parking pass?

Unfortunately electronic parking passes

Just pay the parking tickets and save yourself the headache

Find someone with a handicap tag and offer to buy their placard. Then park in handicap parking. No time limit.

not only is that illegal, but it’s also incredibly selfish toward people who actually need the disabled spots.

Get a crayon and a napkin and write "please dnt" and put it in your windshield. I've never gotten a ticket the 3 years I've done it while parked in my driveway
Representative_Hunt5@reddit
This works until your booted or towed.
Melodic_Turnover_877@reddit
My booted or towed what?

Keep an old parking ticket in the car. Put in under the windshield wiper when you park. Enforcement thinks you already have a ticket, they keep walking.

This actually might work thanks soo much lol

Buy the parking pass, put it on your car, dispute the charge, get your money back.

Start wear one of those covid face masks, but instead of putting it over your mouth put it over your eyes. If you don't see it, it never happened. Out of sight out of mind.

Sovereign Citizen License Plate
Copy an out of state temp tag and keep changing the numbers.
Might buy you another few weeks but I'd expect parking enforcement to catch on.
Steal office supplies that may be laying out on random admin desks and resell them to make up for the cost of a permit. Red Swingline staplers can go for up to $20 on eBay.

Park legally

Trade your car in for a mean old horse that bites & kicks

Put a sock on it so when they tey to put a ticket, they just get the sock!

This is how I've avoided all my tickets.

To keep the officer from seeing them, you must remove the license plates. You will then need to cover the VIN tag on the dash at the base of the windshield. At that point, the car looks abandoned and will be towed.
Just pay your fine & buy the parking permit. That will be way less expensive than retrieving your car from the tow company
PabloFive@reddit
Fill your car with piss disks to dissuade the towing company.
i-am-foxymoron@reddit
Just pay for a flipping parking pass.
