A mid-30s guy I used to work with was consistently weird and flirty with the teen girls (both customers and staff) at our workplace. This was noted by everyone else we worked with, and he was eventually banned from his front-of-house role because of it and assigned to back-of-house tasks only.

I reported him to CPS, because him being reassigned by management (who historically never did shit about dick) alarmed me. Nothing came of it. Apparently there’s no solid evidence that it’s ever gone beyond him being a creep.

That being said, he’s a weird dickhead at best, and a predator lying-in-wait at worst. I have his phone number and email address, but no close physical proximity because I eventually quit the job. I want to make his life tangibly worse in some way, and if it teaches him to behave better towards girls and women, that would be ideal.

(Also, no, he’s not just existing while being an odd-looking dude or anything like that. He’s conventionally-attractive-adjacent, fancies himself a dancer/musician/entrepreneur. Major pick up artist vibes. If I was the only one picking up on the weirdness, I’d assume it was just me, but literally everyone there noticed it.)
