I ran it and kept somehow nudging it or it was wobbling under recoil and causing early bolt hold open. The whole ND risk seemed overblown to me when I used it, but I couldn't abide by the malfunctions

Maybe my hands just aren't meaty enough to accidentally bump it (I have long skinny fingers). I've never managed to cause an accidental bho but it absolutely wouldn't be worth running one if you're accidentally inducing malfunctions. The people NDing with one or worried about doing so need to train more, that's a major skill/weapon handling deficiency.Â

mine doesn't like to lock open on empty and the left side mag release is inconsistent, so I'm not getting any of the ambi benefits from it. Went back to using a milspec lower.

Eh not a great comparison - I'm buying 4-5 cases of 9mm at a time so you're telling me saving $100 an order isn't worth it. 2 cases lasts me a month, if that. Even then, double the savings when you consider the taxes and shipping at big box stores (no academy in my state) vs certain sites on here that don't charge any tax and free ship/coupon codes, so even 2 cases that could save me $40-50. Opposite of this deal where PSA is going to charge you all the fees, plus shipping..
