ULPT how to get around job interview qualification

Hi all, I'm a college student applying for a simple part time office HR assistant position and one of the qualifications says "Office and project management experience required;" How can I create anecdotes or fake qualifications to say I have experience in this? I hardly have any job experience, let alone project or office management. I barely know how to use excel. Thanks

You can do a basic Excel class in a day. Watch YouTube videos. Its really not hard when you're using it for a job like this. It can get very involved but I doubt it would be for this job.
Are you familiar with Outlook? Im sure they will use it, and it's also very simple to learn.
What year are you in college? What type of group research projects have you been involved in?
What jobs have you held previously?

Im confused. Why would you want to cheat your way to get into a job where you have zero idea? You are just gonna get fired.
At least choose a job where you know how to do it but just not qualified...
