Americans family thinking about moving to England. What is it like finding a job there? I am going to school to be a dental hygienist.

Hi there, I currently live in Utah and my cost of living has increased so much I am having to work 60 to 70 hours a week to make ends meet. The Healthcare bills are only getting bigger and the social safety nets are getting cut right and left. It's actually getting really scary here. A child also brought a loaded gun to my daughter's school and had made threats to shoot the school up. But the police got to him first. So safety feels non-existent here right now. So we were looking to move to a city or town in England with more affordable homes and a lower cost of living. I wanted to know where the best cities are to move to with a strong job market and homes that won't cost me and arm and leg. Also how long would you say it takes to find a job? What are the draw backs for dental hygienists or nurses? If you have any other insight on moving or just living in England in general please let me know. I am in the gathering information stage and every little bit helps. Thanks so much.
