I have the Delta II and love it for gaming and music listening. But trying to be objective, the Delta II has larger drivers (50mm vs 40mm). It's also slightly heavier at 318g vs the G522's 290g, but the Delta II is quite comfortable imo, you extra weight shouldn't matter. Also, if you don't like dealing with software (e.g. G hub or armory crate), the Delta II is compatible with a web app for settings (you can change the EQ to your liking and stuff)! I would highly recc the Delta II just remember to update the firmware which you can do on the gear link web app
