Is this pc upgrade worth it?

Hey, I’m planning a PC upgrade and I wanted some honest feedback before I spend my money.

Current setup:

- CPU: Intel i5-9600K

- GPU: RTX 3060

- RAM: 16GB DDR4 (2133MHz)

- Basic cooling setup

- Sharkoon case VG5-V

What I want to upgrade to:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X

- Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II

- RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200MHz (KLEVV)

- Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212

MY GOAL:

- 1080p 60FPS streaming (OBS)

- No major frame drops while gaming + streaming

- Play games like Valorant, Minecraft (modded), Marvel Rivals (and just story games).

My question:

Is this upgrade worth making now? And also do I need a new case for everything? (Also I'm on a budget that's why I got am4 my budget is 700 euros)

Would appreciate honest feedback 👍

Thanks for the recommendation I'm gonna be completely honest I don't know too much about PCs 😅, but I put it though ChatGPT and he said it's a good build but it will stutter (a little bit) while streaming do you know if that's true?

Changed the CPU and the cooler. There shouldn't be any problem now.
