Where could I sell American Google Play Gift Cards?

I can receive some gift cards in dollars next month, but I'm not American and Google doesn't accept gift cards outside the region (apparently not even if I change the country. If anyone can tell me if this is true, I'd appreciate it). So I thought about selling them. Where could I sell them? Where would people buy them?

Many places will not allow you to sell gift cards because there’s no way of telling if they’re valid, have the amount claimed on them, or even activated.
You may have the best intentions in the world but it will still come across as a scam attempt because so many people before you have done scams exactly like this.
