Personally from your original list, I would change every single item other than the case.

9850X3D is considerably faster for gaming. Encode stream on your GPU to reduce CPU usage if needed.
That RAM kit is overpriced, you can find a 6000 CL30 kit cheaper.
You can get a faster SSD, higher airflow case, and PSU of equal quality for cheaper.
