My LL is a very rich through multiple businesses not just rental properties.

He accused me once of not paying rent even though I paid direct deposit a few days before the 1st of the month. Then he asks me to pay me to pay the $15 the bank charges him. Not in lease. & no I'm not paying any other way. This is a furnished 1 bedroom unit. One big thing I missed is the 1990s wooden box spring foundation that is killing my back that is already injured. He said he would replace it but didn’t. I put up with 2 & half of construction of the upstairs unit without complaining. I work from home at night so I'm home during the day. He doesn't follow the lease when charging for diesel for the generator. It's supposed to be per capita, but he charges per unit. I'm 1 person the other units in the next building is 3 units with a total of 7-8 persons per 2 bedroom. He charged us or me, idk, cause it's a written receipt with him doing the math.

He is putting lipstick 💄 on a pig 🐖 cause this 2 unit building is probably has an infestation of termites way before I moved in. My 1st petty move is to keep the rusted outdoor furniture bake outside where the new tenants will see them when they are relaxing on their balconies. Another is always using the hose he supplied to wash everything down almost every day or night. Put down the big blue tarp I had & let it flap. I want out but too many financial penalties. I am in pain & mental health is declining. I can't report him to any agencies that are supposed to help cause he is either related to an employee or he keeps their pockets full.

I'm hoping for cash for keys for deposit at the very least on the day of move-out which will be before a few days before the lease is up for a walk through. But I need ULPT to do before I get that cash in my hands before I move out that he can't trace back to me. No shrimp in curtain rods baby stuff. I need some serious tips. Please don’t waste my time.
