Cannot decide on which 140mm fans to get.

I'm going to build a new PC in a Lian Li Dan A3 case and landed on a configuration with 2 140mm case fans that will either be both exhaust or 1 intake and 1 exhaust (top and side with CPU intake on the rear).
And the more I read about which 140mm fans to get the more confused I am.
Arctis fans seem the best value and have great performance but a lot of people say that they are noisy with very bad QC to the point that it's 50/50 how noisy the fan you will get be.
Silent Wings 4s are apparently good quality and quiet but don't perform that good for the money and some of them also can have weird sound and for not much more I could just get Noctua.
Noctua NF-A14x25 G2 are the best in terms of sound and the performance is up there but paying almost double for 2 fans than I will pay for my CPU cooler (Phantom Spirit) seems kinda wasteful even though I can afford it.
Is there no good middle ground for fans? Or you either buy the best and forget about it (Noctua) or gamble on getting a good Arctic unit? Thanks.

Noctua fans are the best .. let's say 10/10. Arctic fans are also very good .. I would give 7/10. But when you do price comparison Noctua fans are like 3 times more expensive than Arctic, they are not 3 times better than Arctic.
All my PCs are now running Arctic P12 Max or P14 Pro. Performance is acceptable, should last 3\~4 years and I will replace them when they start to rattle.

I have used both Noctua and Arctic fans extensively, and imo Arctic fans are unbeatable for the price.
Especially after Arctic switches to fluid dynamic bearings. I can hardly tell the difference between them tbh and both brands are near silent even at 60-70% speed.

Noctua are over hyped. Get Arctic Pro. Set static silent speed and it will be silent.
